From outdoor bootcamps with our master trainer to Healthy snacks and juices throughout the day prepared by our award-winning head chef. Finish off the day by putting your feet up in our award-winning spa.
We will be starting bright and early at 6:30am for a introduction and breakdown of the day and then straight into our first session of the day with an outdoor team building bootcamp, Shortly after will be your first break of the day where there will be a selection of healthy juices and snacks prepared by our head chef…but don’t get too comfy as the indoor resistance masterclass ran by our master trainer awaits you, its then time to re-fuel again with break number 2…”are we nearly there yet” not quite…its time for a 6k run around the best kept village 2014. Once you have endured the 6k run around the picturesque Hoar Cross village…A healthy nutritious private dining lunch awaits you. We have put you through hell, right? Its now time to experience a little bit of heaven, we kick start the afternoon with a relaxing bike ride around the beautiful villages Hoar Cross has to offer….and now the moment you have all been waiting for, its now time to put those feet up and take that well deserved rest in our award winning spa, whether it’s the Aromatherapy room to clear your mind or the ice cool temperature of 20 degrees in the plunge pool. There really is something for everyone. Its now time to wind down with a wind down and stretch class with our master trainer closely followed by the goodbye presentation in our beautiful library room.
